Welcome and thank you for stopping by.  You might be wondering what the purpose of the card you have received might be, well this page can help answer that.

In case you don't want to read the whole thing, I'll get to the point right away.  The purpose of the card is to remind you of the great truths that apply to every man, and even though they come with a responsibility, they also come with the blessing of knowing whom God is in Christ Jesus.

So the card is to help you remember the truth, to encourage you to keep fighting the good fight, and if you're struggling, to remind you that man (and that includes you) has been given a way to follow in life, the Lord Jesus is that way, so stand up and begin your walk with the Lord.

Background

The idea of the card is to reach others so they may come to know whom Jesus is (the only way to LIFE!), the card serves as a reminder of the great light God has given us, the light that gets us out of any darkness, we've been given the light of the world, the Lord Jesus, we're not alone!

It also prompts the holder to visit the MadeinTRUTH.net website, which can be useful in terms of resources for the new Christian; our goal is that you may grow as a new Christian with healthy beliefs, since it's easy to go astray.

Please note, the website will always be a work in progress, but know that a true Christian begins his/her walk with the Lord Jesus in the silence of reading God's Word in the Bible, let the beautiful words of life that the Lord Jesus speaks find a home in your life, He can make you a new creature filled with hope, and forever seal you for His glory.

I cannot tell you how joyful my heart is already just thinking about how a lost soul would make the choice of coming to the light whom the Lord Jesus is, I remember in the movie Amazing Grace how John Newton said, "I was once blind, but now I see!" all because of the grace of God "I once was lost, but now I'm found!", and you can be found too.

You don't know how much the Lord Jesus loves you, but you must come to Him while there's still time, I'll put it to you this way, there's a verse that says the servant won't abide in the house forever, but the Son abides forever!  (John 8:34) we must become children of God, He is willing to adopt us, are you willing?

The picture of the door filled with grass in front of it, making it inaccessible, is a portray of how we go through life and year after year the door becomes more and more inaccessible, not because the Lord Jesus is not ready to receive us upon us calling Him, but because like weeds, the lies of the world prevent us from knowing the Truth, we must take leaps of faith and come to trust in God's Word!

Jesus is the Door.  Many things in life are negotiable, but this one isn't, there's only one way to go to Heaven, and that's the Lord Jesus Christ, God's only begotten Son, Jesus is the only Way!

I was recently thinking about John 14:6, where Jesus said: "I am the way", which most of us believe, but there's also a verse that says: "Narrow is the way", how narrow?  Well, in Matthew 7:22 we read that "Many will say to me in that day..." notice the word "Many", prior to that there's a verse that reads: "Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it."

MANY will be rejected, FEW will find the path, not because it's not visible or un-available, but because not MANY want to take it; to the MANY the path is boring, not entertainining, or can't see the benefit; so they go the way of the world, and the way of the world is ultimately destruction, simply because all the good an excellent things proceed from God, what are those things?  Peace, Rest, Understanding, Intelligence, Benevolence, Joyfulness, Patience, and so much more; so if God being the source of all of those things is not there, what can we expect?  The Bible describes it as darkness and gnashing of teeth, I think of it, in addition to that, as a relentless torment, no rest for a soul in Hell.

Well, it is a choice, and each one of us has the right to make that choice, my hope is that you choose LIFE, and begin walking on the narrow path, the path where you'll find the gate that leads to LIFE!  Eternal LIFE, for us Christians, our reward will never end after we enter into His Joy.

Eternal JOY! That is the Gift of God in Christ Jesus, when we make Him Lord of our lives, which means to repent, change our ways, obey Him and give Him thanks, all because He truly is Worthy!  Something for all of us to grasp daily.
